PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE FIND & FOLLOW JESUS

Here are the values that guide all we do at Bay City.
What we do is rarely as important as how we do it.

LOVE

Our level of success as a community of people is directly tied to our ability to love one another.

FRIENDSHIP

By building healthy friendships we will see our community supported, connected and challenged.

PURPOSE

When we help others find their purpose God’s mission is accomplished.

FRIENDSHIP GOALS
HUGS GIVEN
PHONE NUMBERS SWAPPED
CUPS OF COFFEE SHARED
MEALS TOGETHER
PASTOR DAREN AND TRACY LAWS

“Our level of success as a community of people is directly tied to our ability to love one another.” Tracy and I moved here to start a church that could not be defined or judged by what happens in a one or two hour church service, but instead by the way we love and do life together.

OUR MANIFESTO
WE FOLLOW JESUS. PERIOD.

First and foremost, Bay City Church is about Jesus. But we’re also a great place to explore faith in a community where it’s okay to belong even if you’re not sure what you believe. So if you’ve got questions about faith, we’re glad to be here and hope we can offer you an engaging environment where you can find some answers.

A Church on Yelp? Yep.

  • I'm at the point in my life where I'm trying to see where God takes me considering I am Catholic and am used to going to a Catholic church but I decided to visit Bay City with my Aunt and Uncle and I just want to say that I felt welcomed and that the sermon related to me and my life. I will be attending again this Sunday.

  • My husband and I found Bay City just over a year ago.  It was hard making a new adjustment, but everyone was genuinely welcoming and it seemed like people made a real effort to get to know us.

  •  Bay City has been a great find for us.  We have felt immediately embraced into the community there from the first time we walked through the doors.  Written into the culture of the church is a strong ideal of community and friendship and it shows.
